The Associated Press Managing Editors have chosen four winners of this year's APME Online Convergence Award for the best storytelling combining print and online publications.

Large newspaper (above 100,000 circulation) category, co-winners:

Medium-size newspaper:

• The Roanoke Times: "An Unlikely Refuge"

Smaller newspaper

• Poughkeepsie Journal: "State of the Hudson"

• The News & Observer, 2005 U.S. Open
• Times Union, "Central Avenue"
